It’s made from Amtekai also known as Hogplum or Mampulicci or Ambazhanga or Amra or Adavimamidi or Ambade, botanical name Spondias mombin and contains Assami Black Chilli, byadagi chillies, cold pressed Mustard oil, Himalayan rock salt and garlic.
Like all our pickles it contains less oil and salt and has no preservatives, additives and any chemicals. Needs refrigeration for shelf life.
