Wait. What is Chimichurri, you may ask. Chimichurri is an Argentinian condiment.
We make our chimichurri with fresh parsley and garlic, combined together with a heavy pour of extra virgin olive oil whisked with organic vinegar and red chili flakes for a punchy condiment that’s as good spooned over anything grilled, as it is drizzled on a salad (it’s also an excellent marinade).
We chop all the ingredients by hand (as opposed to using a food processor) – that gives you dynamic texture — and prevents the herby sauce from turning into a paste.
Ingredients: Extra virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Coriander, Coconut Vinegar, Garlic, Red Chili Flakes, Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper
Packed in a recyclable reusable glass jar.
