Why must a pasta sauce be limited to white sauce, tomato sauce and the occasional Basil pesto?
We just made some organic coriander pesto and tossed it in our own tricolor pasta (coming soon, by the way) and it was just scrumptious!
We then made a batch and decided to try it as a dip and a sandwich spread as well. Needless to say, lunch plans at the SproutOG kitchen became all about the pesto, made with fresh coriander and garlic, walnuts from Kashmir, our fruity extra virgin olive oil and our cheese monk’s aged parmesan.
Ingredients: Coriander, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, mountain garlic, Himalayan pink salt.
Packed in a recyclable reusable glass jar.
