Our Jersey Cows produce high quality organic A1 milk .Our animals are free range , grazing on pasture which contains cereal grasses and legumes . The pasture is organic . We set the curd and extract butter and from this butter we produce ghee .This is done by following the traditional process .
You will find that the ghee from our farm is fresh and has a distinct flavour .
