Hill Bananas (malai vazha pazham) owe their name, and distinct flavor, to the Palani Hills of Tamil Nadu in the southernmost part of the Indian peninsula.They are usually grown at an altitude of 4000-5000 ft. MSL
We are getting supply from Kodaikanal
They are an excellent variant of the banana family.
