It took us months to optimize our processes to ensure no protein is lost in the manufacturing process. We have been able to retain significant fiber as well. The resultant product is all natural and nutrient dense. .
Taste has always been our #1 priority and black tofu is no different. It’s so delicious that you can have it raw, make a curry out of it, or just toss it in a salad as-is. While it is called black, The Himalayan tofu looks purplish in colour. .

Our herbed and spiced tofus can be had raw and carry no aftertaste. Not only that, our tofu blends beautifully with spices in Indian dishes like Tofu patty burgers, Matar tofu or Kadai tofu.
