Hampi grows a very sweet Sapota variety called Kalipatti. It is leading variety of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Northern Karnataka. Fruits are oval shaped, less seeded with a sweet mellow flesh of excellent quality and mild flavour. Hampi farm is organic certified and they follow ZBNF (zero budget natural farming) practices.
To aid ripening please put sapotas in a airtight containiner depending on the weather conditions
