Description
Made with 100% certified organic whole sharbati wheat kernels. We slow grind at 90 RPM (similar to the hand movement of the traditional hand powered chakki ) using natural stone mills – not steel or emery based high RPM commercial mills. We grind to order, and deliver on the same day we grind. Shelf Life: 6 weeks (recommend under refrigeration to slow down oxidation) Storage Instructions: Please keep refrigerated after opening to maitain maximum freshness and the aroma of freshly milled flour. Instructions for use: To make the softest and most aromatic rotis, mix the dough with water and a pinch of salt and leave it standing covered for an hour, or even overnight in the fridge (for truly healthy rotis.
