Star Gooseberry pickle is a new addition to our rare and exclusive range of homemade pickles. The fruit is packed with medicinal properties and health benefits and is rich in multiple nutrients – minerals calcium, iron and phosphorous and rare vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin and ascorbic acid.

This rare pickle has been prepared using a traditional Assami/Bengali recipe and tastes sour and tart, mustardy and spicy. This organic pickle prepared using cold pressed mustard oil and Himalayan rock salt, with a comparatively low-level oil and salt, and with no preservatives or chemicals is a healthy and tasty alternative to normal pickles available in the market. Refrigeration is recommended for shelf life.
