Nice greens – I would have given 5 stars if both bunches of palak were equally fresh, like wise the amaranth. They were okay. Butterhead lettuce was great.
Please know that keeping consistency does and will always pay off – even if it is tempting to throw in one B grade item with 4 A grade items. Don’t do it. That B- brings more damage than any good all 4 A’s can muster.

The packaging is not upto the mark.. The rates are quite high for the standard of items delivered. For eg. I have been charged Rs.50/ for 5 lemons whereas the same are available for Rs.20 to Rs.25. The ginger is very small and charged heavily. Most of the items are charged at a higher rate.

I bought one more orange variety of Jack fruit this week and the fruit didn’t taste sweet…we bought one few weeks ago and if I rate that at 10/10, the one we got it today would be a 4/10. So I guess you have to be lucky and not all of them are sweet/tasty. My overall rating would be 3/5 for the orange variety of Jack fruit.

Came across pretty strange papayas. They are fully ripe but while eating you can feel a mix of softness and crunchiness – How can a fully ripe piece be crunchy in some places? Puzzled. This happened for both the papayas I received. Otherwise they are sweet as usual.

I just think something is wrong with the mangoes delivered this year. Especially malgovas and banganapalli. They develop black spots which get bigger in size if left as it is. But if cut open when they just start developing black spots, they are not fully or uniformly ripened inside. Need to know from the vendor as to why this is happening. Mangoes especially malgovas are pretty good, if ripened properly. I dint yet see this issue with alphonso and mallika from the same vendor.
